Architect with 1-2 years Project Running Experience - Deadline for Applications : 1st November

CAN is looking for an Architect with 1-2 years project running experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in private residential projects through all RIBA stages and should have a keen interest across the creative spectrum with an open mind to working on a variety of creative projects including public art, exhibition design and workplace design. The role requires an individual who is pro-active and comfortable adding to the creative discussions in the studio.

Essential Requirements
- Strong visual and graphic presentation skills
- Experienced in Autocad and SketchUp (or similar CAD software - please list on CV)
- Experienced in Adobe Suite
- Experienced in Stage 4 Technical Detailing
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously if needed
- Strong design skills
- Have the Right to Work in the UK

Favourable Requirements
- Experience in Rhino
- Experience in Enscape, Vray or other rendering software

Particulars
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover
- Contract Length : 9 Months
- Start date: January 2027
- Salary: In the region of £40k; Negotiable (dependent on experience)
- Location: CAN Studio in Catford, London. SE6 4RU
- Working arrangement: Full time role (37.5hrs/week) with flexible working arrangements considered
- No unpaid overtime
